Youth Group Facilitation
Youth Group Facilitation is a way of leading, teaching, and managing a group of young people. It focuses on building relationships, encouraging exploration of different topics, and helps youth make decisions that are positive and meaningful to their lives. Facilitators encourage youth to think critically and collaboratively, as well as understand and respect different perspectives.
